We are happy to announce the official launch of Asesseeso STEM Center of Excellence in Okere District in the Eastern Region of Ghana.
Bountiful Technologies Ltd have had the opportunity to facilitate STEM, AI, coding and Computing teachers training workshops for over 30 STEM Teachers and joined in the launch of Asesseeso STEM Center of Excellence in the Okere District in the Eastern Region of Ghana. Thanks to Mr. Ato Brown the founder of Albert’s Haven Autism Foundation who provided funding for the projects ( furnishing of the center, purchasing of VEX Robotics kits, branding, cost of teachers training, meal and internet), Jim Laudie of Bountiful STEM Educational Foundation for the donation of 10 desktop computers configured with STEM Labs, and Elevate Science of Reading Software from Tyson Smith of Reading Horizons , technical support and teachers training from Bountiful Technologies Ltd team led by Gideon Jubin , SAMUEL OCLOO , Frank Manu , and Abdul Fatawu Sulemana and the Director of Ghana Education Service Mrs. Angles Abban , Okere District. Jason McKenna for his book “What STEM Can Do For Your Classroom”
The Center of Excellence will benefit over 3000 students and 70 teachers in the Okere District to improve teaching and learning of STEM and project-based learning in the district hence inspiring learners to pursue STEM related career paths in the near future.
