Bountiful STEM Educational Foundation (BSEF) proudly hosted the 5th edition of the transformative Girl Powered STEM Workshop held on October 19, 2024, at the Bountiful STEEM Educational Center. This impactful event united young girls passionate about Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM), equipping them with the inspiration, tools, and confidence to pursue careers in these fields.
As part of a global initiative to bridge the gender gap in STEM, the workshop offered hands-on experiences in robotics, coding, artificial intelligence (AI), virtual reality (VR), the Internet of Things (IoT), and career mentorship. Over 150 girls and boys participated in the event, celebrating the International Day of the Girl Child while supporting girls in STEM.
