She began in commercial banking and finance where she managed a portfolio of business relationships, providing financing and treasury management services. After 20 years, she transitioned into her second career in higher education where she was business faculty and developed curriculum in entrepreneurship. She served as the faculty advisor for the student entrepreneur organization and for 9 years mentored university students participating in an entrepreneur development program.

Kristine is dedicated to the Bountiful STEM programs with life-changing, educational experiences for underserved students in the U.S. and Africa. She is a life-long believer that technology benefits us personally, in business and society. She knows that hands-on experience with equipment and mentors impacts opportunity for students. She is focused on developing and expanding programs that help people develop meaningful careers, bringing economic benefit to themselves and their communities.

Jim Laudie works in program management at Intergalactic, where he leads teams that design and build advanced cooling systems for aircraft. With over a decade of leadership experience, he organizes complex projects and ensures every part of the business runs smoothly to meet high-stakes goals.

Eric Decker

Eric Decker is the Director of Information Technology (IS&T) for Navajo Transitional Energy Company (NTEC), where he leads enterprise technology strategy, cybersecurity, and digital transformation. With over 30 years of experience—ranging from serving as a systems manager for the U.S. Air Force to directing large-scale business technology teams at Denver Water—Eric specializes in building resilient IT infrastructures and fostering innovation through AI and data analytics. Barbara Harrington
Professional Background
Barbara Harrington is an award-winning synthetic organic
chemist, professional coach, educator, and advocate for girls
and women in STEM. With more than 35 years of experience
across science, leadership, coaching, and education, she
brings both technical expertise and a deep understanding of
how people grow, learn, and step into their potential.
Barbara spent about two decades in the pharmaceutical
industry contributing to work connected to life-changing
medicines. After leaving the industry, she became a Master’s
Certified NeuroCoach and volunteered as a Judge and Judge
Advisor for VEX Robotics at the local, state, and world levels.
She has also been inducted into the VEX Robotics STEM Hall of Fame
of Fame and is a recipient of the VEX Robotics Inspirational
All-Star Award for her contributions to robotics education.

Barbara is passionate about Bountiful STEM because she
believes hands-on STEM education can change the direction
of a young person’s life. Through robotics, coding,
mentorship, confidence-building experiences, and programs
such as Girl Powered, she has seen students discover their
voice, their ideas, and their ability to solve real-world
problems.
She is especially committed to expanding access for girls and
underserved students in the U.S. and Africa, helping them
build skills, confidence, and opportunity for themselves, their
families, and their communities.

Seth Ogoe-Ayim
Professional Background
Seth Ogoe Ayim works in education and strategic development, where he is a Ph.D. candidate at Brigham Young University’s McKay School of Education. Specializing in Measurement and Evaluation, he serves as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant, focusing his research on STEM curriculum development and teacher professional development in emerging markets. With over a decade of leadership as a PMP-certified professional and Co-founder of Bountiful Technologies, he organizes complex international projects and ensures every part of the foundation’s operations across regions like Ghana and Liberia runs smoothly to meet high-stakes educational goals.
