BTCL and UEW Successfully Host Ghana 2025 Global STEM, Robotics & AI Summit 3.0

On August 21, 2025, BTCL, in partnership with the University of Education, Winneba (UEW), successfully hosted the STEM, Robotics and AI Summit 3.0 in Accra, Ghana.
The event brought together educators, policymakers, researchers, industry leaders, INGOs, edtech communities, and students to explore how STEM and AI are shaping Ghana’s and Africa’s future workforce.
Special thank-you to our outstanding speakers for sharing their expertise and vision: Pamela O. Gilchrist, Ph.D., Niklas Lavesson, Jason McKenna, Vince Bertram, Ed.D., Seth Ogoe Ayim, PMP, MPA, MACS-CP, IP3, CITIP, STEM Expert, and Enoch F. Sam, Ph.D.
We are also grateful to Dr. Emmanuel Newman, Director-General of the Ghana Education Service, who graciously represented the Honourable Minister of Education, as well as Prof. Peter Akayuure, Dr. Ethel Addae, our guest speakers, directors, teachers, students, and every participant who made the Summit a success.
The Summit featured panel discussions, workshops, networking opportunities, and showcases in robotics and AI, reaffirming BTCL’s commitment to advancing STEM, Computer Science, and AI education across Africa.
Together, we are creating a strong STEM ecosystem for the youth in Ghana, Africa, and the global STEM workforce!
